Charity Navigator is supposed to be a watchdog for philanthropists to help them make responsible and sound decisions as to where to donate their time and money.
Evidently, Charity Navigator is limited in its scope to the extent that ties to organizations that support officially-designated terrorist organizations evidently are not disqualified from a high rating.
