Today we came across a blog entitled “jalpari-the mermaid.” We have no idea what the significance of that name is, if any, but the blogger posted “Frequently Asked Questions about Zakat” today.
Question Number 2 is “Who is qualified to receive zakat?”
In the answer, Category 7g is:
“to defend Muslims who are under attack”
The key question here is obviously, what constitutes an attack on Muslims?
