Our friends at Money Jihad uncovered a gem of an article about widespread corruption in the zakat system in Pakistan. Perhaps this is how Lashkar-e-Taiba and its political wing are able to fund themselves. Or, more ominously, perhaps Lashkar-e-Taiba is able to get funding DESPITE the corruption…think about that one for a moment…
