Bin Laden urges abandoning dollar

Echoing sentiments of other Al Qaeda members, Osama Bin Laden reportedly released an audio message to Al Jazeera news calling on all Muslims to stop using the US dollar in transactions.

Last spring, Al Qaeda’s Sheikh Mustafa Abu al-Yazid urged Muslims to wage financial jihad:
