Question
I would like to know if the following is permissble with regrads to drawing animate pictures;
1. Drawing it without any facial detail eg no eyes, nose, and mouth.
2. Only Drawing the outline.
3. Drawing only the body without the face.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
It is permissible to draw animate objects if there is no head attached as such a figure resembles the inanimate objects. As for drawing an outline of the human body or drawing a complete body without the features of the face, it would be preferable to abstain from doing so.
