For anyone who hasn’t seen the Senate confirmation hearings for Elena Kagan to the United States Supreme Court, don’t worry, you haven’t missed much.

This is really too bad because we have information that at least three members of the Senate Judiciary Committee were given questions to ask Kagan about her embrace of Shariah Finance as Dean of the Harvard Law School. No one had the guts to ask the questions about Kagan accepting tens of millions of dollars to establish a Shariah department, as Larry Hart explains in this Examiner piece:
