For decades the US State Department and many foreign countries have labeled the Islamic Republic of Iran as the world’s most active state sponsor of terrorism. That’s because Iran has bankrolled Hezbollah, HAMAS, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Al Qaeda over the years.
Despite this track record of savagery, the Obama administration seems hell-bent for leather on easing sanctions on Iran, which will not only increase their revenue stream, but will also free up huge amounts of existing assets. This can only add to Iran’s ability to sponsor Jihad around the globe.
