Despite efforts to alert the world to the perils of Shariah, this barbaric doctrine is actually continuing to spread. Two weeks ago, Pakistan appeased the Taliban by allowing them to impose Shariah in the Swat Valley of northwest Pakistan. In Chechnya the region is now basically ruled by Shariah. And just over a week ago, Somalia took steps toward implementing Shariah, which is the subject of the article linked below in The Scotsman.
The continued spread of Shariah is the reason why it is so important to oppose Shariah in what ever way it manifests itself around the globe, including Shariah-Compliant Finance, which has served as a Trojan horse for Shariah in Great Britain, a country now faced with incorporating Shariah law into its long legal tradition of common law.
